Caramel Cocoa Bites

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pitted deglet noor dates*
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
unsweetened shredded coconut or hemp seeds
Method:
- . Combine all ingredients in a food processor, except for the unsweetened shredded coconut or hemp seeds. Mix well until it forms a dough-like texture when pinched together. If the mixture is too dry, add more dates. If the mixture is too gooey, add more oats.
- . Roll the dough into balls and the roll them into unsweetened shredded coconut or hemp seeds.
- . Freeze on a lined cookie sheet for 20 minutes before serving.
* deglet noor dates taste similar to caramel, but you can sub in medjool dates for a slightly different flavor.
